BIG WINS AT THE RIPLEY HEATWOLE COMMUNITY AWARDS
Last Thursday was a huge day for The Cedars at Greenbrier, and we couldn’t be prouder of our crew. Every award handed out reflected the heart, hustle, and leadership that make this team what it is.
Brittany Krill, Property Manager — earned the Impact Award for her everyday leadership. Brittany leads with consistency, care, and strength — the kind of leadership that makes everyone around her better.
Bristol Elliott, Maintenance Supervisor — received the Developing Excellence Award for the way he invests in his team’s growth. Bristol builds people up, helps them move forward, and sets the standard for what leadership looks like.
Victor Curling, Maintenance Tech — took home the Hustle & Heart Award for always being in motion, always ready to help, and always showing up with a can‑do attitude. Victor’s energy keeps this place running.
Our Maintenance Team earned the Ship Shape Shop Award for having the best maintenance shop — organized, efficient, and always ready to tackle whatever comes their way.
And our Cedars Team brought home the Mission Possible Award, because when something needs to get done, this crew doesn’t hesitate. They make the impossible look easy.
We’re proud, grateful, and fired up for what’s next.
The Cedars at Greenbrier showed up big — and every bit of it was earned.
