I try not to post personal stuff here because this is, ultimately, a business. But this is really important. My dog got out last night and we can't find him. He wasn't wearing his collar. Of course, because these things always happen this way. He is 16 years old, with a severe limp in his hind legs that causes him a lot of pain.
We are very worried about him. We've looked all over the neighborhood and his favorite walking place. After all, with his injury, he can't go far. We suspect someone may have picked him up. And we worry they won't take him to the shelter. An illogical fear, I'm sure, but a fear nonetheless.
Zico is not well. We were preparing his "final arrangements", so to speak. We just want him home so that we can say goodbye. Properly this time, please.
