Hello everyone. Since we are no longer opening up shop, the space we acquired at The Bricks is back up for rent. It’s a great spacious location with lots of traffic. The management are wonderful. Hello everyone. I would like to update on what has been happening with out sandwich shop. Due to some unforeseen issues, we have decided that we will not be opening up shop at this time. Apologies to those that have been eagerly waiting. This is just a setback on our plans to serve our sandwiches. We will take some time to replan on how we want to bring our food to everyone. Thank you on all the support that has been shown.

Sorry about not being able to share with you food pictures or menu updates lately. There have a couple delays with getting our construction up and going and we have been focusing on that. Food pictures aren’t that great if there is no where to get the food.

Sorry for not posting a sandwich picture this week. I have been caught up with fixing a couple delays with opening. We aren’t delayed too long, still trying for a spring opening. Once we get a defined opening day we will let everyone know.

Gather Bakery was kind enough to send us samples of bread and while we won’t be using their bread for our daily supply, it was fantastic. Very good taste and texture. Please check them out as they know how to bake.

I have been receiving quite a few comments and messages with questions or requests and I want to let everyone know, please keep sending them. I love seeing people excited and I want to know what everyone would like to see. It’s hard deciding what recipes to have daily and what would be specials or occasional. Maybe your sandwich ideas could be something I didn’t even realize someone wants. So please keep letting me know what you want to see.
