We have 3 new cream cheese flavors this week! Lemon meringue pie which is a lemon curd and fresh lemon juice cream cheese base with pie crust crumbles and dollops of toasted meringue. Our other cream cheese is sun dried tomato basil which is sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil! Both savory and sweet this week! Which one will you get?!

Happy Birthday to the OG bagel queen herself! Katie started K & A with an idea and a (award winning) recipe and turned us into an award winning bagel shop! She couldn’t even let that be it and created as her other love is books! She deserves all the love because she is amazing! So for her birthday we made Dill Pickle cream cheese one of her favorites!! It’s Sam’s Birthday!! Our Baker Sam has been making everyone’s bagels for almost 9 years!!! There is a good chance if you had a bagel here in the last decade Sam had made it! So for their birthday cream cheese they picked their favorite cake Tiramisu! We made a mascarpone based cream cheese with a splash of rum extract and whipped in cold brew soaked lady fingers. Each bagel and half pound will be dusted with cocoa powder to top them off! Only available for a limited time!

Made simply with Italian Long Hot Peppers roasted with extra virgin olive oil and some sea salt and blended into cream cheese with some garlic! Roasty, a little spicy, and a little garlicky. Black and Orange for the Flyers and Red and Blue for the 76ers! This schedule shows each game this week and what bagels will be available! Of course as more games are added more bagels will be here!
