Cakes of yore for the day, a round bale!!

It’s not every day you get asked for a round bale cake, but when you’re a farmer’s daughter who gets this request, you make it happen.

The structure of this one made me nervous 😬, but she stayed together and laid nicely on the board for me regardless.

For those of you who have been up close and personal with fresh bales, how’s my color??

I don’t tout her enough! She works so hard at everything she does, whether it’s helping Mom in the kitchen, school, caring for her siblings, learning to cook suppers, or her passion, SWIMMING 🏊‍♀️!

And today is her conference meet. Nine teams, all day heat, and a ton of heart from this girl.

So let’s hear it for my little bestie. I’ll show her this reel and all your positive comments before a big race!!
