We will be closed tonight due to the upcoming storm & the fact I’m hurting a bit cause you made me work my butt off last night…so worth it to see all the smiling faces!! We’ll see everyone next weekend. And THANKS AGAIN for everyone that joined us for our reopening!

Come Home for Christmas is tonight and while we’re still temporarily closed and bummed that we don’t get to see Santa…the City of Cheney always makes it a great time with so many great activities!

🚨Important news🚨
November 15 the brewery will be closed for at least 6 weeks following my total knee replacement surgery. There’s so many things going on behind the scenes here as well but I’m hopeful that this will just be another bump in the road that I will be able to navigate through!

We’re OPEN this Friday & Saturday at 5pm. Our kitchen is still closed unfortunately but feel free to bring in dinner from any of our local restaurants while you enjoy a beer.

A year ago today our life changed forever …… we lost Hank.

Today, I’m just gonna sip on one of your favorite beers, reminisce about the the great times we had over the last 20 years at the brewery, and definitely cry a little bit too much.

Not a day goes by without thinking about you dad! I miss you, we miss you.!! You were my mentor, my biggest fan, my best friend, my father, my everything! Can’t wait to see you again in heaven, have another beer together & share in your wisdom once more.

Brewery’s open tonight & Saturday at 5pm. A few of our own beers on tap and many guest taps…got a a few HWB beers fermenting away but not quite ready yet. Unfortunately our kitchen is still closed so feel free to bring in your own grub to snack on.

Going back almost twenty years ago, the local brewery scene was basically non-existent. Before the thriving and still growing scene in Wichita took off, there was Hank Is Wiser Brewery in Cheney, KS.

Momma Jane is finally out of the Hospital & Rehab Facility!! The brewery is going to be closed this weekend so we can help get her settled. It’s gonna be a little bit before she’s 100% but she’s a fighter and is doing great.
