We are excited to welcome back Shane Nicholson of Eagle Eye Brands and special guest Jessica Reyes of Lubanzi Wines, collaborating to create a dining experience centered on pairings with Lubanzi Wines from South Africa.
If you haven't joined us before, Shane—who’s not only a certified sommelier but is also wildly entertaining—alongside Jessica, will guide you through each pour, sharing fascinating insights into the wines’ origins, the regions that shape their flavors, how they’re crafted, and personal stories about the winemakers behind them.
This Wine Dinner is an opportunity to journey through some of our guests’ favorite dishes paired with Lubanzi Wines, alongside a few special additions offering a fresh perspective along the way.

Course Details
Introduction: Lubanzi, Sparkling Rose
Served with Salted and sesame soy Edamame
Second Course Duo: Lubanzi, Chenin Blanc & Lubanzi Sauvignon Blanc
Served with Tempura Rock Shrimp Appetizer alongside a variety of sushi rolls.
Main Course Duo: Lubanzi Cinsault (red wine served slightly chilled) & Lubanzi Organic Shiraz
Served with two entrees our Beef Tips - Beef tenderloin, marble potatoes, Detroit zip sauce, and Shrimp Scampi - Fresh linguine noodles, togarashi, fresh basil, shaved SarVecchio, lemon emulsion.
Finish with a surprise house-made sweet bite!
