What if making good bread for your family wasn’t as complicated as you thought?

There’s something really special about knowing how to take a few simple ingredients and turn them into bread that you can put on your family’s table.

That’s really why I love teaching Sourdough 101.

It’s not about making the perfect Instagram-worthy loaf. It’s about learning a skill you can take home with you. Learning how to care for a starter, work with dough, understand the process, and make really good bread for the people you love.

On September 5th, I’m opening registration up for another hands-on Sourdough 101 class for beginners. You don’t need any sourdough experience. We’ll work through it together, get our hands in the dough, ask lots of questions, and hopefully make sourdough feel a whole lot less intimidating.

Because good bread doesn’t have to be complicated.

Sometimes it’s just flour, water, salt, a little time… and people you love to feed. 🤍
