I’ve gotten about -100 things done in the last few days and totally 100% my fault but today I’m going to focus. Things go as planned and things don’t. Things you’re most certain about end up blowing up in your face. I’m trying to navigate a new business plan and somehow forgot how annoyingly stressful it was in the beginning. I must have suppressed those feelings somewhere far away. 😂 I’m done standing still and ready to start checking boxes. See you in a few days or whenever I emerge from my office. 🤪

These will surely be missed but we’re going to have some fun new stuff to post! April and May you’ll see a bunch of different things like recipe testing, a name change and maybe some Puerto Rican and Bermudian food adventures. We don’t have a date set for our grand announcement and we’re in no immediate rush but we’ll hint to you here and there.😋

Mocktail Wednesday! I think we need to make it a permanent mid-week thing, .panza. ☺️
Last night we mixed up some different kombuchas, muddled up a little fresh fruit, splashed in extra bubbly (lime and yuzu has my heart), add your favorite non-alcoholic spirit and oh baby, we got ourselves some hump day happiness! Refreshing, healthy, zero guilt!
Feeling bright eyed this morning but still heading over to the common for my maple latte! ☕️

I know. I haven’t posted in well over a month but it’s because I have so many exciting surprises coming very soon! 2022 is going to be an opportunity to grow, rebrand, and create something spectacular.
*WE* (yes we) will do an introduction post soon but in the meantime, my friend, Laodice, (.panza and ) will be joining me in this new adventure! We have so many ideas we want to share with you but you’ll just have to wait a little longer.
I also need to let you know that I will be cancelling my website subscription at the beginning of May so get your orders in!
The Grazing Platterboards Instagram and Facebook will be switching over to a new name soon and will be run by myself and Laodice but we’ll continue to remind you so our new name is seared into you thoughts.
Our first event together will be at Old Mill House Coffee’s brand new Spring event; The Mayflower Market: May 7th. More on that later. Like I said earlier, SO MANY SURPRISES COMING!
Right now we’re still brainstorming and working to get paperwork and our LLC together. We’ll loop back when we’re ready to go!
Lastly, I want to thank you all for your support through orders, classes, markets, events. Everything. I’ve made new friends and memories over the last four years and I hope you continue to follow our new journey. We will still make the occasional platterbox but it’s finally our time to try something a little bit different so please keep following for updates! ❤️

It's a comforting feeling to know you can see a familiar face, have a quick chat, and enjoy those little run-ins because they can really make your day. These moments remind me how hard I have worked to create these relationships with my community, and that's something to be proud of.
