Sorrento’s will be closed for event preparations. Our tasting room will remain open from 12 PM to 8 PM.

Saturday, June 6:
Both Sorrento’s and the tasting room will be closed for our Wine Club Party.

We couldn’t be more proud of our incredible winemaking team at Tsillan Cellars. In Savor Northwest’s announcement of the Top Wines of 2026, Tsillan Cellars was at the top of the list, earning an Excellence in Winemaking Award with an impressive 13 top awards, including two Best of Class wines, three Double Gold Medals, and eight Gold Medals.

Led by Head Winemaker and Assistant Winemaker/Vineyard Manager , this recognition reflects the passion and dedication poured into every vintage. Kudos to our incredible winemaking team! 🥂

We’re proud to introduce one of the most special wines ever crafted at Tsillan Cellars: the 2022 Estate Founder’s Reserve.

On June 6th, Wine Club Members attending our 2026 annual party will be the first to purchase this remarkable wine. It will then be available in our Tasting Rooms and online beginning June 7th, exclusively to Club Members.

Created by Garrett Grubbs and Nic Stevens to honor Dr. Bob and celebrate 25 years of our South Shore Golden Mile Estate vineyards, this limited-production “secret” wine was kept completely under wraps as a surprise for Dr. Bob himself.

Aged 30 months in French oak and 15 months in bottle, this elegant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, and Syrah is layered, expressive, and deeply memorable.

The photo above captures the moment Garrett and Nic introduced the wine to Dr. Bob for the very first time last spring!

As Dr. Bob says, “Here’s to La Dolce Vita.” 🍷

Dr. Bob got back from Arizona last night, and today officially marks his first day back in Chelan for the summer. To say we’ve missed him is an understatement.

Memorial Day Weekend specials are here at Sorrento’s Ristorante 🍷✨

• Smoked Salmon & Morel Mushroom Linguine with garlic alfredo, Parmigiano Reggiano, and fresh herbs

• Ahi Tacos with sweet chili slaw and cilantro chile crema

• Blackened Pork Ribeye topped with bacon jam, served with house potatoes and seasonal vegetables

• Achiote Rubbed Halibut served over esquites with wild rice and seasonal vegetables
