A huge thank you to Good Grit Magazine & writer Alli Patton for shining a light on our three restaurants and the private barrel pick program that has become such a meaningful part of what we do!  We are now up to 50 private picks unique to our locations.

“For the last several years, chef Erik Niel has curated a handpicked barrel program, bringing variety to his restaurants and a sense of adventure to the palates of his patrons.” 

Niel says “the program grew out of a desire to offer our guests something truly special—more variety, more unique, rare bourbon & tequila experiences that go beyond the usual allocation chase.”
