Join us at Torikaya for a special dinner featuring an exclusive seven-course menu from Executive Chef Erick Cielo, thoughtfully paired with selections from Bōken Japanese Sake.

We’re honored to welcome 27th-generation Brewmaster Masaaki Saito, representing one of Japan’s oldest sake breweries, who will share the stories and craftsmanship behind each pour throughout the evening.
