We’re proud to see Chef Antonio featured on the cover of East Cobb City Lifestyle, highlighting the inaugural Chef’s Table Experience at the Georgia Food + W**e Festival Festival!

I want to present you with the Ultimate Small Back Plate!! These Spicy Garlic Parm Wings were 🔥🔥!!!! Paired perfectly with my House Made Ranch, Charred Broccolini and a dusting of Upspiced Cha Cha Masala Chai Spice Dust to round out the meal!

Here's the Sauce Recipe!

**Spicy Garlic Parm Sauce**
3 Tbsp Ghee
Crushed Red Pepper to Taste
1 tsp ACV
1 tsp Hot Sauce
Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder to Taste
1 Tbsp Fresh Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Fresh Garlic + Shaved Parm to Finish

Melt the ghee, add your seasonings, ACV, hot sauce, garlic and Dijon. Whisk until smooth, toss with your hot crispy wings, then finish with fresh garlic and shaved Parm!

Eat good. Feel good. Small Back Plate approved!
