What is Smith Lake Cake?

A customer brought us this recipe years ago, and we had to try it. Looks like a pound cake at first glance, but it has a surprising amount of flavor.

Named after Smith Lake in Alabama, this bundt style cake has vanilla pudding mixed into the batter and topped with a crunchy pinot grigio sugar glaze.

This is a must have at Vine Street, also dubbed Ch*****ne Cake by some of our favorite regular Riverview moms.
