I’m honored (and shocked) to have been included in the Southern Gentleman issue of CityScope Magazine featuring a biscuit recipe I had a lot of fun coming up with.

Thank you to Gray, Laci, and Kristina from CityScope for all the hard work it took to make me look as good as I do in here 😂

Little kid Cody would be so pumped to see this. This was very cool and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to be included among some really excellent local chefs.

INTRODUCING: Papa Bear's Pot Roast Hero
Pulled beef tossed in an au jus gravy, topped with caramelized sweet peppers & onions on a fluffy, yet sturdy, cuban bread with a generous spread of our house boursin cheese.
This sandwich is inspired by my love for the show "The Bear", as well as some of my favorite dishes l've made in various restaurants throughout my life with a sprinkle of flair from my own imagination.
Come try it out this Saturday (2/24) at the Northshore location of Becaffeinated from 11a - 2p (or sold out)
