So this photo is of a beef rib. They are not pork ribs they are beef ribs. Pictured is one beef rib. They are very expensive to purchase. I really would like to smoke some beef ribs and serve them at dubs as a special maybe over some mashed potatoes. But I wanted to put it out there first and ask everybody for their opinion. In order to make a very small profit I would have to sell them for $40. Would you pay that at Dub's place for a succulent masterpiece like this?

Just as a reference point. I really enjoyed beef ribs myself so the little coyote in St Elmo also does a very limited amount of beef ribs daily because of the cost. I also understand that they have a five-star Michelin rating and the chef there has received a James Beard award. 2 months ago I went to see if I could get a beef rib before they were sold out and luckily they were not. I paid $90 for it. I'm just saying
