Summer is coming to a close (though my car temperature says otherwise) and this dish might be the perfect send-off.

The sweet corn risotto paired with confit cherry tomatoes is the perfect balance of richness & brightness capturing classic summer flavors. Bbq spice & a touch of parsley oil tie it all together to create a light but still satisfying dish that we are currently obsessed with.

Less elements, more intention. Buns, pickles, dijonaise - all made from scratch in-house. It took us *literally* hundreds of tests and tweaks to get here, but the journey was well worth it 🙌

Wooden City is looking for a couple of solid Line Cooks to join the crew!

You’ll be joining a small, tight-knit team running a busy, organized kitchen where chefs are hands-on and standards are high. This is a great fit for cooks who take pride in their work, care about their teammates, and enjoy being challenged during service.

We encourage growth and promote from within, with relocation opportunities across the country. Upscale casual or fine-dining experience is preferred, but a great attitude and work ethic mean more to us than a perfect resume.
