Mrs. Dawn Gomez, age 57, of Chatsworth, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at her home. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 400 pm at Faith Cemetery with Rev. Willie Torres officiating. Interment will follow. The family will receive friends at the funeral

In memory of Dawn, we will be closed. We will reopen on Wednesday, the 15th. Friends and family will be welcomed at Peeples Funeral Home in Chatsworth on Monday, the 13th, from 2-4 pm. She was well-loved, and memories with her will never be forgotten. Dawn opened Los Amigos in March of '97 with the hope of sharing her love for food with everyone. If you knew her, you know she was a very determined, intelligent, strong-willed, caring person. People from all over would come to get advice from her & she would talk for hours if you give her the time. She would do anything she could for anyone . She lost her fight to cancer today ,but gained her heavenly wings through her faith in Jesus. We love you, Dawn, and will cherish our time spent with you. Rest in peace.
