Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draft Beverage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining draft beverage systems, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality service and support. This role will involve working both independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent technical solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair draft beverage systems and related equipment

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions

- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of draft beverage systems

- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of equipment

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, inventory, and work performed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a draft beverage technician or in a similar technical field

- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

- Knowledge of beverage gas systems and related equipment is a plus

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training is preferred
