Sorry for any inconvenience for the last 2 evenings Saucey bones is had a close because of an exhaust hood problem.  the motor on the exhaust hood is going bad so when it gets heated up it shuts off.  No one had one in stock so we had to order one and it want be here till Thursday.  hopefully will be up and running on full schedule Thursday. Thanks Jason
