It is with a heavy heart that Sun Thai is announcing that we will be closing our doors on October 22, 2022 in our Chatham location. Unfortunately, due to staffing shortages, increases in food prices and increases in wages we have decided that our best course is to consolidate our resources into a single location. We have enjoyed every second of serving Chatham and the surrounding area for the past 4 ½ years. We want to stress that this decision has absolutely nothing to do with lack of local support. Chatham has been wonderful to us and we want to thank each and every one of our amazing customers and incredible staff. We will miss every one of you!!

We will continue to serve Sun’s amazing Thai food at our Carlinville location where we have ownership. We are located at 230 East Side Square, Carlinville IL 62626. We invite all of our amazing patrons to come to the Carlinville square and dine with us while enjoying a historic location. We have a full bar attached to the restaurant where you can choose from 18 taps of craft beer, all of the domestics, our great selection of wines and liquors and live entertainment nearly every weekend!
