🦞🥣 Our lobster bisque is made from scratch right here at the market using fresh lobster. The lobster and its shells are what build that deep seafood flavor bisque is known for, creating a rich base before everything comes together. It takes a little more time to make it this way, but when you start with fresh lobster, you can taste the difference in every spoonful. 🌊
