Behind the bar, welcoming you at the door, checking in on tables — he’s one of those people who seems to be everywhere and a big part of what makes Pate’s feel like Pate’s.
As part of our management team, Milos wears a lot of hats around here, but his favorite might just be making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels right at home.
