During the summer of 2021, Del Mar Bar & Bistro proudly remains the hot spot in Chatham for eating, drinking and socializing whether inside the restaurant, on our open air patio, in our garden at a picnic table or ordering take-out with curbside service. Our seasoned and loyal staff adds to your positive dining experience, and Chef Maria Pollio continues to amaze the palate with her creativity in the kitchen.
