We have been sourcing and roasting some of the finest coffees grown on earth since 2018. Back then it was impossible to get good beans here. Our goal when we started was to bring great fresh roasted coffees to the Southside. I’m proud to say I’ve roasted y’all enough coffee to make over 2 million cups. Roughly 190,000 gallons.

If you want some of the planets best coffees visit us at 11 S Main Street in Chatham, next to el Cazador. We are open Monday through Friday 7am until 3pm and Saturdays from 8am until 12 noon.

Our front window coffee shrub bloomed a couple months ago and now we have tons of coffee cherries growing. Pretty neat, the shrub is like 6yrs old and came to us last fall from a dear friend who thought it would pair nicely with our shop. It likes its new home apparently.
