To all my diner friends I want to let you know David Rausher passed. It was a very sad phone call I received from his wife. I know David fought many years with COPD and now will be done with that fight.

My heart goes out to his wife Tatiana and step son Max. David was not only a long time customer but a long time friend. He loved Letti Sullivan who also just passed. My first prayer when I heard was I hope your both in Heaven together!!!!

The calling hours are on Saturday September 2 from 4-7 at chatham funeral home.

Another dear friend I will never forget sitting at my diners counter everyday reading a book from his phone!!! Mostly for playing that violin with his band. Much love David and I’ll be here for your family. RIP

MONK HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE!!! He was hiding under a neighbors grill ❤️

UPDATE: Monk is still missing. Missing Dogs is working on this as well and has set up cameras in the area.

UPDATE: STILL MISSING- We searched the woods, trails, power lines and neighboring neighborhoods with no sightings. We're praying he just got scared and is hunkered down.

MISSING: 11 week old Cattle Dog, with red face. Missing from Lynch Lane off of Old Chatham Rd, near powerlines, on the Harwich/Dennis line. Please call dispatch if seen 508-430-7541. Will update with more info as it comes in.
