The cattle don’t take holidays, and neither, really, do the people who care for them.
It is an extraordinary luxury to live in a time and place where nearly every bean, fruit, vegetable, meat, and cheese imaginable is available at our fingertips. It’s easy to forget how many hands - and how many very early mornings - stand behind something as simple as a cup of coffee.
Thank you for your time, your hard work, and your perseverance. It has been greatly appreciated, and very thoroughly enjoyed.
