Vu Noodles We serve Vegetarian/Vegan Vietnamese-fusion noodles that include pho’ and banh mi daily. Delicious, locally made bowls of noodles.

The bowls come in Tofu & Caramelized Onions, Tofu Curry, Veggie Peanut and Tofu Tomato Basil. You can find them at Whole Foods in CVille, Foods of All Nations, Relay Foods, CFA Institute, Bellair Market, Gibson's Grocery, Martha Jefferson's Cafe, UVA Health South, Blue Ridge Country Store, and Trailside Coffee, in Crozet.

Bun Bo Hue Chay an Vegan Vietnamese spicy beef soup, plant based beef, tofu, vegan cha lua ( vegan Vietnamese ham), thick rice noodles, bean sprouts in our flavorful veg. broth, herbs, and lime. Ask for chili oil for more spicy.
