This bright and zesty “virgin sauce” is an uncooked blend of olive oil, lemon, fresh herbs, garlic & sun dried tomatoes, spiced with toasted coriander.

From majestic lavender fields to the magnificent wine growing region of Chateauneuf du Pape, Provence has it all.
