New Passport Menu: Spring in Provence!
It’s that time again, so grab your passport and travel with us as we head back to the Mediterranean, to the beautiful land of Provence. Stretching from the southern Alps to the shores of the Mediterranean, this magical region of France has been an inspiration to artists and writers for hundreds of years. We take you from the fortified villages of the Cotes d’Azur to famous beach towns like Nice, Cannes and Saint Tropez. From majestic lavender fields to the magnificent wine growing region of Chateauneuf du Pape, Provence has it all. Our chefs offer you their creative interpretations of Provençal cuisine using all the fresh & bright flavors of spring: asparagus, beets, fennel, fava beans, fresh basil & tarragon, young goat cheese, honey, Sauce ‘Vierge’ and ‘Pistou’ and of course, aromatic Herbs de Provence.
