Myriam Ocampo, the owner of Al Carbón, has always believed that food has a special way of bringing people together, sharing culture, and offering comfort, especially to those who dedicate their days to helping others.

It was only fitting that some of the first to try our newest Bol Menu Collection were the nurses, doctors, staff, and community members at UVA Hospital.💙🧡
