This is a picture of the back wall being exposed to the rock house, which is just next to Livery Stable. This was a carriageworks called Cox’s carriages, my great grandfather, LW built luxury carriages for all the politicians in DC if you didn’t have a Cox carriage, you were nobody,… my great grandfather LW built in 1889 LWs Livery Stable sat right next to it.. they tour the original barn down to build what was 218 W. market which was Artful Loger and in the basement of course the youngest grandson Ian built a bar called LW’s Livery Stable.. so long old friend
