We offer a wide variety of smoothies, as well as great tasting, low calorie and highly nutritious snack foods, beverages and baked goods. Locally owned and operated since 2003! We have two locations: one at 1980 Abbey Rd. on Pantops Mountain located next to Starbucks and one at 945 Emmet St. in the Barracks Road Shopping Center in between Old Navy and Kinko's, across from McDonald's.
