Introducing three new drinks for summer…and we’re bringing back a Southern Crescent classic due to popular demand!
First up, the Belmont Yacht Club. A drink so mysterious, they said it couldn’t be done: a healthy dose of coconut-infused Barbados rum, lime and orange, subtle notes of coffee, banana, and cinnamon, all finished with a dash of chipotle-cacao bitters to give you a bracing summer sipper. Impossible, you say? Give it a try and see!
Next up, the Fay Wray, a Manhattan in a monkey’s grip, with bonded bourbon, Navy-strength Jamaican rum, Banane du Bresil, Cocchi di Torino, and bitters. Subtly tropical, King Kong vibes.
The Suffering Bastard—our riff on the 1942 tropical classic. Built on aged Old Tom gin, we swapped out the ginger beer for house-made ginger reduction, along with zesty lime, a splash of soda, for a modern take on a tiki classic.
And finally, a Southern Crescent OG original, the Wicked Felina: tequila, mezcal, citrus, spice, and tropical fruit notes, for a spicy, subtly smoky concoction that’s sure to be “wicked and evil while casting her spell.”
Come in and beat the heat, Cville!
