July is here, and we’re celebrating the very best of North Carolina summer—juicy watermelon, sun-ripened peaches & tomatoes, garden-fresh herbs, and all the vibrant flavors you crave this season.
Our seasonal cocktails are back and better than ever, crafted with fresh local ingredients, house made shrubs, and plenty of creativity.
What’s she making? 🍹✨
🍉 MelonDramatic
Reposado tequila and mezcal meet Ancho Reyes Verde, fresh watermelon, jalapeño, and a finishing touch of habanero bitters. Sweet, smoky, spicy, and just dramatic enough.
🍅 Painted Garden
Fords Gin, Domaine de Canton, tomato-mint shrub, topped with prosecco and finished with a tomato sugar rim and fresh mint. A garden-to-glass masterpiece.
🌱 Shiso Fresh
Vida Mezcal, Uncle Val’s Gin, Cocchi Americano, shiso-ginger shrub, fresh lime, ginger, and soda. Bright, herbal, refreshing, and dangerously crushable.
🍑 Sweet ImPeachment
Bourbon, Nonino Amaro, peach-basil shrub, peach citrus cordial, ginger bitters, and a velvety egg white foam. A peachy little rebellion in every sip.
