POPLAR - Tapas Restaurant & Bar POPLAR has closed its doors at their Fourth Ward Historic District location. Neighborhood permits not required for parking less than 2 hours.

Reservations not required, but are helpful for larger groups. Email [email protected], or call (704) 940-5757 during business hours. We are located in the Historic Fourth Ward neighborhood where street parking is available (first-come, first-served) free for visitors

for up to 2 hours on nearby streets (10th, 11th, Poplar and Church Streets). (Please avoid any spots labeled "Limited Parking", as those are usually placed in loading/unloading spots.)
