The making of — our hand cut fries, never frozen, made fresh CALIFORNIA BURRITO // Packed with housemade fries, salsa, guacamole, pico de gallo, and loaded with cheese, all wrapped in a handmade Sonoran-style flour tortilla. Our tortillas are made with artisan flour that’s never bleached or bromated, they’re soft, chewy, and dotted with mahogany blisters—a result of Sonora’s 400-year wheat cultivating tradition. First made famous in San Diego in the 1980s, this bold and flavorful burrito is available at both El Malo Tacos and our big brother concept .
