Join us for Día de Barbacoa , a Día de los Mu***os celebration bringing together four incredible Charlotte chefs for a family-style menu inspired by Latin culture, heritage, and the people we gather around the table to remember.

Cristian Villalvazo — Carnal
Paco Rodriguez — Paco’s Street Cart
Chris Coleman — The Goodyear House

The menu is officially here, with everything from aguachile de camarón and frijoles de olla to barbacoa de res, pork ribs en salsa verde, Jalisco-style mole, pan de mu***os, and more.

We’ll also have an ofrenda, and guests are encouraged to bring photos or decorations honoring loved ones.
