This started as instant ramen 🧚🏾
1 Nongshim Shin Ramyun spicy noodle soup
2 Nissin Raoh Tonkotsu flavor
1/4 soy sauce
1/2 Tablespoon grated ginger
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 green onion, split and cut in 1 inch pieces
1 Tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 - 1 tsp red pepper flakes or gochgaru (Korean red pepper)
1tsp sesame oil
Toppings-GO CRAZY
Here we have…
Bok Choy, cut in 1 inch pieces
Frozen sweet corn
2 slices thick cut bacon, or pork belly
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Toasted Sesame
How I did it ⬇️
In a small saucepan add the soy, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and green onion. Bring to a boil, then simmer until reduced by half. When reduced add chili flakes and sesame oil and 💥YOU JUST MADE THE TARE💥
While that little flavor mix is simmering, prepare your toppings, including browning the bacon to your desired crisp
Next boil all the noods in the same pot with plenty water. Both packs are to cook for about 4min
IN A SEPARATE POT…yes I know this is not how we make our oodles N noodles…but trust me here
…IN A SEPARATE POT bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then add all the soup base from the Nissin and Nongshim noodles.
Take the noodles out, put the TARE then toppings on, the pour over broth. Garnish with sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
