With bitter-sweet emotions,
Chef Michael Faniel and I will be moving on
to pursue different business ventures.
Chef Michael’s passions are leading him to building a food truck - specializing in BBQ styles from various regions.

I’m super excited to share the establishment of J3 Catering & Specialty Foods.
The name J3 is a tribute to the family bond and love of food that me and my sons share.
Jermaine, Josiah amd Jediah = J3.
The menu will celebrate African-American cuisine and some Caribbean favorites.
J3 will also feature specialty food products like signature sauces, seasonings and beverages.

We are offering meal prep options 5 days or 7 days a week. Lunch and/or dinner two meals per person. To get a quote to commit to a Weekly/Monthly contract for two meals a day up to 1-5 people. Meals and Price varies based on dietary needs.
