Alright Taco Fans! It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for! Another guesstimate as to when we might open back up in Matthews! I’m thinking two weeks. Hopefully. Guessing the opening day is like trying to hit a bullseye in the middle of a tornado. We’re working as fast as we can but some things we can’t control. We will keep you posted. So, soon, very soon!

It is with great sadness we let you know that we will not be reopening for business. We thank you for your patronage and supporting us. We opened four months before COVID and have had quite the roller coaster ride. We are looking to relocate and are working to reopen our Matthews location in the early Spring.

Just a quick update on the Matthews White Duck location. A month ago we had a fire at night from the spontaneous combustion of our cleaning rags. No one was there, thank goodness. The whole restaurant was deemed a total loss due to the extensive smoke damage. We have gutted the restaurant and will be starting to rebuild as soon as we get permits. The best way to support our small business is to visit or other location if you can at 1020 E 10th street in Charlotte. We hope to be up and running in Matthews in early Spring. We appreciate you all and your support!
