Dan Riedy’s Retirement Party - Riedy’s Pizza closing day
❤️A Thank You, A Celebration, and A Send-Off for a Local Legend
If you grew up in Charlotte, chances are Riedy’s Pizza has been part of your life for as long as you can remember. For over 46 years, Dan Riedy has fed our town — not just with pizza, but with generosity, kindness, and community spirit.
Dan has donated pizzas and spaghetti dinners to countless fundraisers, school events, benefits, and gatherings over the decades. If Charlotte needed help, Dan showed up.
Late in 2024, Dan faced serious medical challenges and spent months in the hospital fighting for his life. Thankfully, he’s here — and now, at 71 years old, it’s time for him to retire.
Running a small, local restaurant hasn’t been easy in recent years with all the big chain competition, but Dan kept going for us. Now it’s our turn to show up for him.

Order your favorite Pizza, Lasagna, Wings, Chicken Cashew Salad, Run Through The Garden Sub, Wet Burrito, Breadsticks, the list goes on and on, so many delicious items on the menu! Load up on all of the goodness before Riedy’s closes.
