I have 3 pizza ovens for sale. A double deck electric
And 2 gas conveyors.
Or, if anyone is seriously considering opening a pizzeria…. I would be happy to work out something with them!

Pizza trailer update: the oven and other equipment has been ordered and I’m just waiting delivery.

Step 1 complete.
Started the build yesterday. Plumbing was fun!

I am in the process of building a mobile pizza trailer. I will focus on some weekend setups but mainly large festivals or, upscale pizzas and salads for wedding receptions, corporate events, etc. it’s going to take a few weeks to do a build. I will be working with some big names in the pizza industry to secure the best oven, cheese, and toppings for what I want to do.
I have discussed this with Dulcie and I have her full approval. 😁

Stay tuned for more updates. I hope to debut in Henderson once I’m fully operational.
