The cats out of the bag! Big news at AL!VE!! Eek! We are sad to go-but so excited about our change in direction and the next big goal! Thank you to the Charlotte community for being the best customers our team could ask for ❤️. We are thankful for all of you and the experience you have created in our lives. Now our franchisee Mo is on to her next adventure and she is SUPER excited 😊.

We are excited to announce that a new restaurant featuring Latin- and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, and expanded hours (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be coming to the AL!VE community café mid-September of 2022.

The Big Salad will remain open with a full menu through August 26, which will be their last day of operation at AL!VE. A brief closure of the café will occur before the opening of the new one.

We are thankful for the many years of partnership with The Big Salad franchise, and their local franchise owners, Eric & Morene (who will continue to run CrossFit Fade at AL!VE). Any patrons with Big Salad gift cards are invited to use those at AL!VE through August 26, 2022. Beyond that time, gift cards are redeemable at any Big Salad location.
