We’re incredibly excited to announce the next chapter of our story: Ardente Kitchen — our new Roman-inspired kitchen & market coming soon to Dilworth.

So while we would not call it a classic pairing with Ragu di Cinghiale, we do love the rhythm: start bright and bittersweet, then move into something rich, slow-cooked, and handmade.

Join us at Mano Bella - South Park for our Third Annual Tomato Tasting with Garden Window Farms — an evening celebrating the peak flavors of summer and the partnership between local farming and the Italian table.

Farmer Ben will guide guests through a tasting of exceptional heirloom tomato varieties, while Chef Raffaele prepares three seasonal appetizers designed to let the ingredients shine. Each course will be paired with a select Italian wine for a relaxed summer evening built around good food, good wine, and gathering together.

This is a ticketed event and seats are limited — our Tomato Tasting sells out quickly each year. Tickets include the full tasting experience, all food pairings, and wine pairings, and are available now through our website.
