📍217 North Hayne St. Monroe NC Patty & The Dogs Grill and Creamery was started by New Wrap Order co-founder Matthew Wilson. I wanted to bring a menu that not only had a lot of connection to myself and my life's journey, but could be enjoyed by everyone. Burgers, dogs, sausages and kielbasa bring me back to tailgating with my father for NC State games in the fall. Stepping it up from my high school days using high quality meats, cheeses and breads. And of course, Gelato that is as authentic as my trip around Italy exploring gelato shops in Rome. Still relying on my sauce master skills to bring some amazing homemade sauces such as our Throwback Sauce on our Classic and an incredible Basil Garlic Aioli for our St. Bernard... you may never want Italian sausages without it again, be warned. Homemade chili for the Carolina Dingo and Brown Lab you'll agree is perfect for any dog or patty. If you love pickles, my homemade dill recipe will have you coming back for more. Each one crinkle cut by hand and brined to perfection! Im using Patty & The Dogs as my true creative outlet in both terms of culinary and service but also as my artistic expressions and passions. My truck, Marley, is a literal blank canvas that over time with get filled in more and more. 🌧️🍔 WELL, MONROE… THAT WASN’T EXACTLY THE SATURDAY WE HAD PLANNED. 😂

Mother Nature apparently had some other ideas for our big Fall Fest weekend.

Unfortunately, Fall Fest has been CANCELED, and our Dog Cart will be staying home today. 💔

BUT…

Downtown Monroe is looking pretty darn good dressed up for fall…

And we’ve got a BIG weekend ahead of us! ❤️

🎨 ART WALK — FRIDAY & SATURDAY!

And guess what?

Patty’s digging into his creative past and pulling out some of his photography work from back in the day to share with y’all!

Yep… before all the burgers, hot dogs, and ridiculous amounts of cheese…

There was a camera. 📸❤️

We’re excited to share a little piece of that story while celebrating the incredible artists and creative community right here in Monroe.

Downtown will be filled with fall festivities, local vendors, and plenty of reasons to spend the day exploring!

🍂🌭 IS IT EVEN FALL WITHOUT A GOOD SAUSAGE?!

Monroe apparently decided our first Saturday with the French Dip Patty needed the appropriate weather.

Rain outside.

Slivered onions.

House horseradish mayo.

Toasted hoagie.

And a warm cup of au jus just sitting there waiting for you to make a mess. 🤤

Honestly… we’re okay with this.

And Downtown Monroe isn’t letting a little rain completely ruin Saturday either — Monroe-Berfest is still happening, with activities and music moving indoors. 🍻🎶

We took an Angus beef Patty and loaded it onto a toasted hoagie roll with:

Then we send it out with a side of warm Au Jus because obviously…
