In the heart of our house, you’ll find our sous, 𝙲𝚑𝚛𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚊𝚗 𝙳𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚛𝚘𝚜𝚊. Christian brings creativity and heartfelt comfort into every plate we serve.

The canestri verde, in his words, is “nostalgic, simplistic, delicious, and unique. It feels like home on a plate. Every bite makes you feel like you’re at abuela’s house,” he shared.

Michelin-recognized teams and longtime friends Andres Kaifer of Customshop and Chef Michael Beltran of Miami's Ariete and Chug's will open Roe & Olivia’s later this year.

📍 in the former Giovanna's space in Lower South End

will span 3,644 sqft and boast about 120 seats, including patio seating, and serve contemporary American food.

Our Flan, in her words, is “heaven on earth.” It’s a dessert you can consistently count on for a little extra comfort, all topped with cortadito whip, and chocolate crumb.

“It’ll make your taste buds happy - and it’s even more special since it’s a family recipe,” she shared.

Lilly has a sweet tooth and before every shift, you’ll find her across the street at Elizabeth Creamery ordering a scoop of mint oreo.

A major refresh.

While our summer break gave us a chance to recharge and catch up with friends and partners, it also gave us time to make some thoughtful changes to our favorite place.

We’ve grown a lot since Chef Andres Kaifer took over in 2022. The updates we’ve just made to our kitchen and dining room feel like a natural reflection of our evolution and the detailed work our team puts in every day. A massive thank you to Fairwood Construction for bringing this vision to life so effortlessly.
