To our customers, event hosts, and community—
We want to speak to you directly and honestly.
Our sudden closure was not something we took lightly. Over time, a combination of emotional, financial, and mental challenges built up to a point where continuing to operate would have meant showing up in ways that were not fair to you, our customers, or our event partners. Stepping back became a necessary decision, even though we know the timing and lack of notice caused real frustration and disappointment.
To the event hosts who trusted us with their plans, and to the customers who supported us and looked forward to seeing us again—we are truly sorry. We understand that our decision disrupted schedules, expectations, and trust, and we take responsibility for that impact.
We also want to acknowledge those who had events scheduled and plans well into the future. We know how much coordination and confidence it takes to choose a vendor, and we regret the position this placed you in.
This pause is not an excuse, nor is it something we see lightly. It is a moment for us to reflect, regroup, and focus on getting to a healthier place so that if we ever return, we can do so with stability, consistency, and the professionalism you deserve.
Thank you for the grace, support, and understanding many of you have already shown us. We remain deeply grateful for every opportunity we were given, and we truly hope that one day we can earn your trust again and show up as a stronger, more reliable company.
