250 years ago, this country was built by hardworking people willing to sacrifice, stand together, and fight for something bigger than themselves. 🇺🇸

And honestly… that same spirit still lives right here in small towns like Charlotte, Tennessee.

You see it in the families supporting local businesses.
You see it in the veterans, farmers, teachers, linemen, first responders, and working folks grinding every single day.

Today is National Brisket Day, and honestly… this beauty deserves its own national anthem. 😮‍💨

Brisket disappears fast. Ribs don’t wait around. Banana pudding has trust issues. And if you leave without grabbing a bottle of sauce for the house… that’s between you and your sandwiches next week. 🤷‍♂️

We interrupt your regularly scheduled weather report for an important update out of Charlotte, Tennessee…
A massive southern comfort system has officially rolled into the area bringing:
⚠️ Fried Catfish Showers
⚠️ Baby Back Rib Pressure
⚠️ Strong gusts of hushpuppy cravings
⚠️ Dangerous levels of “I’ll just get a small plate” lies
Meteorologists are urging residents to avoid unnecessary cooking at home and seek shelter immediately inside Otts BBQ.
Current radar shows crispy golden catfish moving in from the fryer with a thick smoke advisory hovering over the rib rack. Conditions are expected to worsen around lunch when everybody in town suddenly decides they “don’t feel like cooking today.”
If your windows start fogging up… that’s either the weather or somebody opening a to-go box in the truck beside you. Hard to tell at this point.
