👋 Meet Ryan Sonnhalter | General Manager, Iacofano's Catering & Events - Cleveland
With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and food service, Ryan has built his career around creating memorable guest experiences, developing strong teams, and driving operational success.
His journey began at a young age as a busser at his uncle's Italian American Club in his hometown. There, he discovered his passion for hospitality and learned the importance of hard work, attentive service, and building meaningful relationships with guests.
Over the years, Ryan expanded his experience through restaurant and bar operations, large banquets, receptions, special events, and wedding planning. He developed a strong appreciation for combining creativity, organization, and culinary presentation to bring each client's vision to life.
After relocating to the South, Ryan joined Iacofano's as a bartender and grew alongside the company, taking on increasing leadership responsibilities. His journey has included corporate catering, business development, multi-unit operations, supporting the expansion of our in-flight catering division, and helping open multiple locations.
Today, as General Manager of our Cleveland location, Ryan focuses on operational excellence, team development, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. His broad experience across hospitality, catering, event planning, and business growth continues to support our commitment to exceptional service.
