2024 Valentine’s Day, after work, eating pizza while imagining what it would be like to actually dine in at Bird.
We werent even sure we’d have room in there to fit a bar or really where anything would go. So we had to just sit with it, the dirt & one another until the right design revealed itself in time.
Two years later, we’re still dreaming. Still building. Still grateful.
